        Absolutely awful management. They treated me like the black sheep after leaving for medical reasons. As an employee they where horribly organized and a complete mess. When I came back from leave I was discriminated on and knew my time there was limited. I was later fired for no reason. Their R&D department is a complete joke. They have lost all the original fabricators and machinists who once made this place amazing because of their unhappiness. I was the lead pipe welder and did many amazing jobs including the Hadron Collider.. Shame on this company. Avoid them they do not care for any of their employees and are totally cut throat. Their work quality is all over the place depending on who built the part. I highly suggest avoiding HIS at all costs.
