Our garage door spring broke recently. I called Pacific Overhead Door at 8:33 a.m. (from my phone history). They said they had a technician in the area finishing up another job and that they could be there within a couple of hours. I headed off to work, and at 9:44 a.m., my wife called to say the job had been finished: an astonishing 1 hour and 11 minutes from first call until the job was done, which is definitely my personal speed record with contractors. They also lubricated all of the wheels, and the door is running much smoother than it was before. Thanks!

Chris went above and beyond to get my garage door back into working order. Thank you soo soo much Chris you have no idea just how much your service made my bad day turn into a good day. Bless you sir. Thank you Brad for reaching out to my HOA contact to send Chris out in the first place. Yalls customer service is on point and Chris even programmed my clicker for me thank yall soo much. My day started off sucky and yall made it better.

Alex and his team are great .They have done three doors' for us including one very large glass door for the wedding and events center and we are all very happy with their services .
