        Wish I even had a chance to review flowers - was in the neighborhood and wanted to get my mom something. When I tried to open the door to walk in and shop the owner screamed we dont take walk ins. Wanted to buy local but this completely turned me off. Went home and went online and bought from someone else.

        I have been ordering from By the Bunch floral alchemy for over a decade. Think of it more like an art studio. They take your description and turn flowers into unique displays. It bears mentioning that By the Bunch floral alchemy has come through despite the worst winter weather multiple times over the years. Surprisingly long lasting, especially the succulent bouquets, you will appreciate every single arrangement if you give them a creative direction to work with. You can pickup nice flowers plenty of places, but if you want to give someone a truly unique arrangement, you are in the right place.

      Ouch, do you have any idea how much a one star review hurts a tiny business like mine? The studio is only open by appointment as I only bring in flowers when they are ordered. I don't take walk-ins because I would have nothing to offer you. The expense of stocking flowers and staffing a retail operation has not proven feasible for the one person operation I have become. Signage onsite and Google both clearly state that the only way to order is online, just like many other businesses these days. I am a one person business trying to make it work it a rough economy. That means going to get the flowers, arranging them and delivering them. I can't do all that AND have the space open for retail and I've done everything I can to communicate this to the public. I welcome any suggestions as to how to make this more clear and I'm sorry you were disappointed but, if you really do care about supporting local businesses I'd ask you to please reconsider your one star review.

      It's disappointing that you've chosen to slam my tiny business with a one star review just because I work by appointment only? When covid shut down the retail part of my business the only way to survive was to shift everything online and now all orders and appointment requests come in through my website. As a one woman show it is the only way I can keep things organized; know when to buy flowers and when I need to be in the studio. I've done my best to make the website as approachable as possible and answer the landline when I'm in the studio if anyone is having problems with the site or if questions arise during the process. A one star review just because you don't like how I've set up my business seems pretty harsh and has a huge negative impact on keeping it viable. Especially considering how hard it is to make a creative business actually profitable. This industry is tricky enough without having to field negative reviews from people who haven't even done business with me. I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd reconsider.
