        Wonderful Experience. We had an install 1.5 years ago. We recently had an issue with a floorboard and they came and fixed it. When they realized the problem was a nail missed by the installer, they covered the repair completely despite being beyond the one year warranty. I love this company and would recommend to anyone that this is the customer service that all companies should have. HIGHLY recommend them.

        Everything from the selection of flooring, measuring, scheduling and installation was done seamlessly. My new flooring is beautiful! The installer, Paco, was professional, arrived on time, installed the product beautifully, and cleaned the work areas as they were completed. The entire team at The Floor Store was amazing. I would highly recommend them!
