        Bought Smithsonian slate vinyl tile. Impossible to install as pieces rarely locked into place. It's taken me 4 days and I still haven't finished a 180 sq foot room. I WOULD NOT buy vinyl tile from these people. Please believe the negative reviews regarding installation. It has been a real waste of time and money.

        We were rebuilding our bathroom after a pipe break. On my first visit, Trenton patiently answered my many questions and sent me home with samples. Throughout purchase and installation, Chase went above and beyond for us. Just as one example, months after installation I got oil-based paint on the flooring, and didn't notice until it had dried. I still remember Chase saying, "You did WHAT?" (I was spraying paint in the next room and didn't realize there was a hole in the wall.) The white paint droplets on the dark floor definitely stood out. Chase called a friend with specialized experience and the friend's solution WORKED. (Leave rubbing alcohol on the droplets for awhile, to soften them. Then wash them off with vinegar-and-water.) Now no paint is visible; water beads up slightly differently in that corner, but I'm the only one who even knows to look. In summary: great products, great customer service. LL, thank you.
