Quality products and they did a fantastic installation job on my previously very uneven floors

We were initially pleased with the company. The floor room staff and estimator were helpful and we liked our choice. However, we are not pleased with the installation. It's been less than two years and the carpet developed several folds. We contacted the company who referred it to the installer. We never got a response. We will now hire somone else to fix it. UPDATE: Portland Flooring contacted us and apologized for the delay in responding. They got us on the schedule quickly. Two nice men came out and did a thorough job stretching the carpet. It looks good.

We are really happy with Portland Floor and the final installed product. Portland floor was able to deliver a high quality product, timely installation and custom details that other local flooring providers could not. At the showroom, Zac showed us a variety of products and provided excellent details about the installation process and timing. John and his installation crew were fast, methodical and John did a great job of proactive communication along the way. Everyone we encountered at Portland Floors were fantastic. Thanks Zac, John, Roman and Ben! I highly recommend Portland Floor and we will be using them again in the future.

Portland Floor on SW Canyon Rd. goes beyond all the stars. We visited several times in order to decide on kitchen floor tile. Zac Rector was outstanding in giving helpful information. Zac is extremely knowledgeable. We shopped 4 other tile stores and nowhere else did we receive the quality costumer service that Zac gave us. Thank you Zac for all your advice and assistance in choosing our tile.
