Sales department is ok here but be careful who the subs are they hire. Salcedo Flooring is definitely one to avoid. Extremely rude customer service. They should really vet their installers more as they represent their company. Wouldn't go back to them based on their installer's behavior.

Loved our experience in Wilsonville! Lots of carpet and found just what we wanted. Christine was fun and helpful. She set us up with Lopez Labor llc (Jennifer & Mario) as our installers. They were very professional and accommodating. Carpet and LVT all look fantastic!

Marion had a large selection of carpet types and colors to choose from. I had some initial confusion about my sq yardage estimate. Marion sent out my installer James. Within minutes he answered all my questions, the correct measurements lowered the price, scheduled me for installation the following Monday, and arrived on time and completed my installation in one day and a few hours the next day. What a spectacular install. Pattern was matched in all rooms, carpet was neat as can be, seams very hard to find even if you know where to look. Very happy with the service provided. Call my man James and he will solved all your concerns and leave you with a big smile!
