        Being back to Oregon after many years, I was quite nervous about starting all over again with a new Doctor, however, to my surprise, Dr. Williams made me feel completely at ease and genuinely thoughtful towards my health/well being. He's very proactive in submitting referrals, "as needed", in a very timely fashion and when they aren't needed he explains the reasoning for the decision made. Not only does he look out for the care of the patient, but the efficiency/cost effectiveness of the business as well. Great at balancing a win-win for both sides of the spectrum. I highly recommend him to anyone!

        Got right in and Dr spent time getting all the info for me. Didn't wait at all in waiting room.

        Every since this place was bought out by Providence the customer service has gone down the toilet. Expect to wait on hold for 20 minutes every time and expect to follow up to get anything done. Used to be a good place.
