I've been a patient at Family Medical Group NE since 2004. I've had Doctor Smucker as my primary care physician since he took over from Doctor Price (who left for Texas). I have been very pleased with the care he has given me over this time. Zero complaints and I've probably seen him 30 times. Obviously appointments times are getting shorter and so things can sometimes be rushed but this is an industry-wide problem just like airline seats getting smaller.

My first visit with Dr. Smucker was great. He definitely took the time to LISTEN and discuss my history and concerns. His practice has emergency availability 24/7. He encouraged engaging in the online portal anytime I had a question. In regard to knowledge, he demonstrated a continuing education and a true passion for helping people. I plan on maintaining a health partnership for years to come.

Literally one of the worst physicians i have ever seen. i was having problems with extreme memory loss was very scared when bluntly told me i could have for brain tumor, shrugged his shoulders and then walked out of the room. Talked to me for all of ten minutes before saying that.
