They were terrible. Do not work with them. I never even filed anything just got paperwork drafted. Which took 2 weeks. I kept getting told you'll get it tomorrow. They also charge a ridiculous amount for nothing. I had an hour and a half conversation with the lawyer on the phone and then they sent me very minor paper work for me to fill out. That cost me $750. I pulled my service from them and when I asked for my retainer back they are trying to say there are pending charges and that they have to talk to the courts before they close my account. I will be very surprised if I see any of my $5000 retainer return. Stay clear of this legal firm.

Absolutely terrible experience with Gina Bonomini and the rest of the Pacific Cascade Legal team. It's been pulling teeth since day one. ZERO preparation for our hearings, and failed to put together even a mediocre defense. Failures to act upon numerous emails and notices, and extended delays have resulted in thousands of dollars of additional bills. Be ready for a constant battle the entire process
