It took a week for them to respond to multiple enquiry messages. I finally got a consult set up, and just minutes before the consult I got a call asking to reschedule to today. Then they stood me up today, without even a courtesy call/message saying they couldn't make the appointment. Over 2h later and still nothing. I get that a firm may be overloaded, though please have the decency to say that upfront that they don't have time to take on any clients. And at least have the courtesy of informing people if you are not going to make an appointment. I do not like being jerked around, especially when there is a time critical legal matter at hand. I pity someone that may have them on retainer and they flake on an important court appointment.
