My mom came in to get her lashes done and Joanna is very blunt to the point where you feel uncomfortable. She ends up talking about very personal things in front of her clients that she should be keeping at home. She also did not give proper aftercare to my mom and told her to use baby shampoo youre not supposed to use baby shampoo on your lashes because it will eventually dry out the lashes/lash line. I would NOT recommend this place if I could give zero stars I would.

Jo has changed my view on the beauty industry, She not only performs amazing services but she cares about people. Shes always been honest and helpful when answering any questions I have and even just when giving advice in general about life. I also love how every time I come in to get a lash service she has a clean blanket waiting for me to use so Im comfortable! And she even plays the music I like because she listens to me during conversation. I could go on and on about her and couldnt recommend her enough! Services: Eyelash extensions, Manicures

I started going to Prime Lash & Body in Nov of 2021 and I'm so glad did. I've met Britteny and Jo and I love both of their lash work. Brittney is extremely gentle and she's a great listener. She turns what she hears into actionable services and provides me with what I'm looking for. Jo is SO much fun. I love how personable and genuine she is. It makes each session fun and exciting. Aside from that, Jo really is a master at what she does. She is super thorough in explaining everything - what to expect, what can happen, and how to care for them after the fact. Both Brittney and Jo are detail oriented and super accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
