Worksource has helped alot, but the last person I had just dropped me from the step program. She missed appointments, didn't get back to me. Then I was told goodbye, cause she couldn't tell her supervisors a reason to help me.

Low quality effort and low quality answers. Nothing said to me today couldn't have been found via Google. Aid with skill assessment was completely ignored despite trying to change careers. Think I'll just use goodwill next time.

A worker at from desk name Danny, she currently has colored neon hair, does not have good customer service skills. She will try her hardest to get in the way of you and real help thats beyond registering or filing an initial claim etc. Today she did all she could to prevent me from speaking to a case worker who was already familiar with my situation because I've seen him on 4 visits. For each I was able to walk in and request to speak to him. Mind, I did have to wait but this morning she told me I couldn't wait for him even thought I said I really need to speak to him. I filed a claim over 3 months ago that they denied. I appealed and won and received the notification letter from the court 2 weeks ago yet have not heard from anyone about the claims Im owed. I explained this to her. I said I need to know what's next and if they need anything from me. She checked in her system and said I look ready to go, just keep filing and wait. I asked if there was record of my overturned decision or my appeal. She said no. And she still had the nerve to deny me meeting with my case worker because I need to schedule an appointment. This is obscene. Have they ever been on the other end of the way people are treating during the most stressful time of being involuntarily unemployed? I already found another job but I have 2 months of unpaid claims because of the slow process. Most people in my position would have gone bankrupt by now but I guess I need to patiently wait and not meet with my case worker without an appointment. Its crazy. Since the initial claim I have had 3 jobs and im in a secure job now. She could of at least said let me let you talk to him this once but in the future schedule an appointment. Here's how to do it. Now im struggling with the website and dont even see an option.
