We have been customers of Young Electric for three years, beginning with installing our Tesla charger. They have recently estimated and completed one other major project, replacing our complete wiring panel to update and expand the panel. Our experience has been exceptional. They respond promptly to customer contact and have been available on short notice to estimate work. Once the estimate is accepted, they schedule the job promptly. Electrician Oleg arrived within the expected time window for every appointment and worked through to completion without leaving the property, even for lunch. The people we have met have all been polite, prompt, and professional. I also want to thank Breanna and Nate, the staff people behind the people in the field. They respond to emails promptly, inform us of the process and appointments, generate invoices, and answer questions promptly. The people we have interacted with work seamlessly as a team.
