This pharmacy is incompetent. Ive never left a Google review but this pharmacy has provided me with more headache and is single handily responsible for me not receiving my medication timely. Also, they have billed my past insurance and left me with hours of calls to sort out their incompetence. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

They never answer the phone. I was put on hold for an hour before I just hung up. Worst customer service also.

I cannot begin to express my frustration with the pharmacy at this location. Its absolutely absurd to me that they would continue to reassure me that my medications would be ready and then tell me that theyre out of stock when I come to pick them up. Ive been assured by, my doctor and other pharmacies that various medications are not limited in supply right now. What seems most outrageous to me is the lack of communication. Each time that Ive been to this location, they would give me one or two of my prescriptions, but not seem to be able to find several others in their computer database. Their automated tech service would send me messages saying that my prescriptions were ready for pick up but when I arrive, they wouldnt be in stock. When I shared my frustration with the workers at this pharmacy, there was no supportive response and no action. I asked if there was someone who I could talk to in order to make a complaint and work through the issue, and the response given to me was there isnt really anyone. Ive changed my pharmacy today and I hope to not do any business with Walgreens again.

For a company thats calls themselves health care does a really great job of constantly dropping the ball on refill medications. Not to mention the lovely emails of saying we will contact if we need more information then absolutely no communication whatsoever. Then you call to figure out after a week and half, and 4 phone calls later basically doing their job while they also interrupt you while your trying to explain how they lack communication and how frustrating it is to not have your medication that you have been out for even though I have confirmed from my provider and insurance that it is approved and its waiting on the pharmacy. This location is a joke and shouldnt call themselves health care, the whole pharmacy staff is rude. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND
