John and Drill TecH to the rescue! Honest, ethical, and fair. When our 40 year old, 900 ft waterline burst we were fortunate when John came to provide his expert opinion and quote the job. He was very transparent about the process he was going to take to ensure power, gas, and cable weren't going to get hit but more impressively provided a range of what the costs would be if the drilling went smoothly vs. got complicated to make sure we had all the info needed to make a wise decision and investment. Enter Murphy's Law and sure enough a huge stretch of large rocks were encountered near our stream which slowed down the drilling. But with John's honest quote we were prepared for the additional costs. We were so pleased with the process of working with John that we decided to bite the bullet and have another line drilled to bring water to our upper lot/shop area. And our neighbors decided to have their 40 year old line replaced at the same time to share costs. Can't say enough about John's character and his dedication to doing the job right. One clear example is whenever they had to dig holes, they didn't just backfill with the same old clay they had just removed. Instead they hauled away the excavated soil and replaced with reclaimed asphalt gravel to make sure we wouldn't experience sinks holes due to settling later and that it matched our driveway surface.
