Very dissatisfied about melted products. They shouldn't leave the frozen product out for an hour before I get there. It's against health standards.

After giving business to Transcold three of my locations over 10+ years, Out of nowhere without calling, giving a heads up, The driver, Kevin decided to not service my stores anymore after a few weeks going by I noticed my stores werent being taken care of and I reached out to the district manager and he did not know about it until he called the driver and later on, gives me a call back saying sorry its a drivers decision not to service you anymore and would not provide Reason. And to remind you, my store did pretty good business for them. Not low volume. Interesting way of doing business. But then again, Transcold arent only once providing Ice Cream. if this is the way they are going to do business, I will definitely pass the word along to my friends to make sure they keep in mind to switch over two companies like Spring Valley, blue bunny, and many others.

Applied for a job. Interviewed in person. Was strung along for weeks. Non responsive company. Very unprofessional hiring practices. Dont bother if you are serious about getting a job.
