They dont stand behind their warranty and Rod was threatening me if I will leave a bad review he will go after me saying that they are a big company and they can do whatever they want.

Helpful from the time they answered my first phone call and all the way through until i checked out with everything i needed. One of their technicians even sold me an almost impossible to get same day tool that he had a duplicate of so that i could get my work truck fixed that same day.
They have even been very helpfull answering questions on a product i bought somewhere else.

Great people. I had just bought a F-750 and when I arrived I found the turbo had gone out. I needed it rebuilt ASAP. I told the folks there about my problem and they were very quick to act. About 3 hours after I dropped it off they had already opened up identified that I would be better off buying a remanned turbo then rebuilding my old one.
They didnt have it in stock so at no charge to me with out telling me, over nighted the turbo to their shop and had it ready for pickup on Wednesday (dropped off on Monday).
Ron also cleaned all my lines, installed new Orings in the hoses and made sure all gaskets were replaced and ready to be installed. They also made sure the VGT was set to the proper position saving me from having to take it to a mechanic and pay for them to program it there.
Cant tell you how much I appreciated the great customer service and with out a doubt will be using them in the future!!
