        My experience with Woodstock Gentle Dental is and always has been excellent with a very helpful, informative and caring staff at all times. I highly recommend them to anyone needing thorough Dental services of any kind. I know that I'm in good hands and the outcome is exactly the best outcome I could receive with a complete follow up to make sure that I am pleased, informed and satisfied. Thank you for the best care ever!

        The services and staff at the office were fine - standard dental care, no complaints there. The Gentle Dental billing, however, is either predatory or incompetent. They kept sending me a bill for services that were 100% covered by my insurance. When I talked to them on the phone, they said my insurance had been set up wrong and they'd "take care of it." This went on for six months before I finally started an investigation with my insurance and sent the Woodstock location a letter notifying them and canceling all future services. Then I got a call and was told not only did I not owe them anything but they had overcharged me by a modest amount. They said would request the overcharge amount be sent to me. That was months ago and of course I have received nothing.
