What a joke. So frustrating. I will never order from a company if they use gls to deliver again.

My package arrived at 4:40pm, well within the estimated delivery time. The delivery driver met me with a smile and was very friendly, his name was B.Stugard. My package was in great condition with no damage. CA -> OR, in two days, with free shipping. Pretty great if you ask me, the tracking could be improved but honestly as long as the package makes it to me, thats all that matters.That being said As you can see there are a ton of 1 star reviews. I was terrified that my package would not arrive, and contemplated even contacting the seller to switch shippers all over these reviews. If you are thinking the same thing, just know 90% of the time things work out exactly like they should. These reviews just come from the 10% were something did go wrong.

Our package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They showed up to our business at 6:30p, after hours, then marked it refused and returned to sender. We even had people here willing to accept the package in another department, but they didn't even try. Package was still in Portland(even though tracking said Kent, WA), but they refused to deliver, told us we could come pick it up, or let it go back to sender. There's good reason 85% of their reviews are 1 star. I wouldn't have posted this if it was a one off, but I've had many negative experiences. It's a shame our vendor uses them.

So to start off: Im a delivery driver and I understand stuff can happen in the delivery process to cause things to go bad or confusing, but with that being said this company is not terrible as other have been saying. It might just be my special situation or circumstance for my delivery, but I ordered a paddle board online and it was shipped from Ontario, CA to here in Portland, OR and it only took 2 days to arrive and was delivered in the morning even before I had to leave for work around 6:30 am, big plus for that. I was updated during the whole process from beginning to end via email and the track/trace was updated as well. To say this company is not to be trusted can be said by the many negative reviews out there but not for me, so just remember no company is perfect and things can always happen no matter who you are.
