Staff is amazing. Ordered specific blanket binding online. Was sent quilt binding instead of satin blanket binding. I contact Customer Service. They credit my account for the wrong items and then place the order for the correct binding on the 26th, then on the 27th charge my card a second time for the order on the 26th. And now I have the burden of proof which I emailed to them after contacting my bank and notifying them of the duplication. My point, I have used their website 2 times and both times it was a lot of unnecessary drama. The previous time the address was off by one block and the mail carrier had to retrieve it. Amazon, can I please order crafting products through you guys?

Lovely craft store, great selections and deals. the lady running the only register was doing amazing, even though it seemed short on people up front she was prompt and very nice! been there several times and seem to always see her; haven't gotten her name unfortunately.

I love my experiences in JoAnn's stores. The displays and the area for the classes are inviting. I also enjoyed all of the holiday ideas, especially the fabric selections.
