Rachel Bagley is truly a gift. She has helped me to hold space and work through some challenging life issues. I really appreciate her kind and mindful approach to the work we have been able to do. I highly recommend her.

Rachel has taught me so much, not in an instructive sort of way, but in the way that she is: compassionate, accepting, yet clear and to the heart of the matter. Her emphasis on attachment, safety and self-love create such a safe and welcoming space; I find it easy to be in my authenticity in her presence. She's also fun and isn't afraid to bring humor into serious conversations. We're lucky to have her as a therapist in Portland!

I went to Rachel with a couple of very specific areas of work I wanted to address. She was wonderful. Her process was wonderful. The whole experience was wonderful. And very very productive. We really connected which made the work we did together so enjoyable even when it was challenging.
