Visited this Ulta for a return. The cashier faced some issues due to my non-U.S. credit card. Store manager Tara displayed appalling customer service, refusing a refund and insisting on store credit, despite a previous instance where another manager successfully resolved the same issue. She was dismissive, insensitive and treated me horribly (I hope its not because Im a tourist). Theres nothing on Ultas policy that states that you arent eligible for a monetary refund if you use a non-US card. Its evident that with a non-US credit card, youre undervalued at Ulta. Spoke with customer service, who agreed I deserved a monetary refund, but their hands were tied by Taras decision. Extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and professionalism.

Theyre only open till 6, not 7 on Sundays. I tried to submit the edit to Google maps but was unable to.

I drove through terrible traffic and needed to get my MAC Studio Fix foundation. I got there at 6:57 pm and they locked the door and told me that they couldnt help me. This is for an event and time is of the essence. I feel as though this store should be open until 8 pm. Most people work during the day and with traffic have trouble getting there before close. I guess Ill be buying my MAC from Nordstrom and the MAC store at Bridgeport from now on.

Do yourself a favor if you care about your health.dont shop here! Called about a concern that cashier was sick. Manager hung up on me. Mandy is LITERALLY the only redemption for this location! Stay away unless you get your brows done here
