        Been ordering my Shiseido products from this store for a few years now. They've always been accommodating about shipping to my location in California and recommending the latest products in the Shiseido line that'd be suitable for my skin type! Most recently, the package I ordered with a few hundred dollars' worth of Shiseido skincare never made it to me -- I was devastated at the prospect of losing all of those products (not to mention my $$). I called the store and they sent me another order right away, no questions asked. They even included tracking information so I could keep tabs on its location as it made its way across state lines. Would recommend!
