I just learned about the No Surprises Act. Can you confirm if the charges on my bill for the services you didn't even perform would be covered by this? One specific example would be that third chipped tooth repair? You remember how you only fixed two of them, and I had a third charge, right? Then I mentioned it to you and you immediately sold my bill to a creditor and told me to deal with them?

1. The dentist here is absolutely incompetent because she is incapable of completing any service on the first try. Whether it is a chipped tooth or a fixed cavity, there isn't a single thing that she has been able to fix on the first try, and in some cases she just makes things worse. I have since started going to another dentist and they have taken care of these issues for me...on the first try. 2. She is also an unethical business owner because she charges for the attempt, not the result. I have one partially fixed chipped tooth and have been charged for all four attempts she took to try and fix it. She claimed that I needed to get a cavity replaced. Her attempt caused me intense pain for weeks, so then I had to go to her friend and pay to get a root canal. Then I had to pay her AGAIN to fill the root canal hole, and I also had to deal with the challenge of not laughing in her face when she said I'd need to come back to her to finally put a crown on the tooth she ruined in the first place. By the way, she never told me that I wasn't in her insurance network either, and never told me how much these attempts were going to cost before she made them. 3. She is also a thief because when I told her that I wanted to contest some of the charges on my bill, she sent it to collections immediately and said I need to take it up with them, so now there is nothing I can do. She is honestly the worst dentist and one of the most inept professionals I've come into contact with in my entire life. I came here for a chipped tooth, and $6000 later, I still had to go to another dentist to get the tooth fixed. I also still need to spend another $1500 somewhere for a to fix the tooth she ruined.

In my experience, Rachel Cole over-promises and under-delivers. She acts like things are simple, judges work by others, says it's easy to fix, but then doesn't come close to delivering or helping as offered. In my experience, she's unreliable and disappointing.
