The Clymb

Ordered a pair of shoes. Once they arrived and I tried them on, they were too narrow even though the were labeled width D. I started the return process online and thats the last Ive heard from them. Ive left several voicemail messages (since they dont answer the phone) and multiple email messages with no response. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Very indicative of the lack of customer service priority of a company from the West Coast. Totally unsatisfactory! Once I get this return cleared up I will never use this company again and I advise everyone else to shop someplace else.

I believe the business is closed now. Don't make any purchase of a travel tour with them. It appears after paying them for a trip to Peru they absconded with my money and never paid the tour group. I am out of thousands of dollars because of them. Beware.

This company is Dishonest. They purchased from us and many other small local Portland companies and did not pay their bills. For anyone they still owe money to their new address in Portland. The new owners Left Lane Sport seem just as Dishonest. 529 SW 3rd. Suit 200
