Hanna Anderson clothing is quality clothing. I often find an outfit but when I go to purchase the items the sizes will not all be available so the outfit is ruined. The other issue is that the site will tell you a date that it is to arrive and then it does not arrive on that date and it never gives you another tracking number. I would think the shipping problems could be corrected. It is almost worth the wait except when babies are small they grow so fast you lose a lot of use waiting for the clothing to arrive.

Ordered matching PJ for the holidays. They made a mistake and sent a hoodie for 2 year old instead of a matching shirt! Called customer service, asked to ship a matching one as in the order, but I got the response you have to order it again and pay for the shipping! No, thank you! I am not paying twice for something I already paid! Asked to return the whole order (4 PJs) in this case! The representative hanged up! The worst customer service ever! My family was ordering a lot from Hannah, NO MORE!!!

I dont even understand how this place is in business. The WORST incompetent customer service they just want to get you off the call or chat and then don't follow through with what they promised you. Additionally, call and chat wait times are HORRENDEOUSLY long...absolutely no excuse for that! and lastly...i have quite a few hanna articles of clothing and MSOT of them then worn out or the color has bled after just ONE wash!! for something that costs as much as it does, this is NOT acceptable! Needless to say i will not be back
