She's incredibly knowledgeable about tax laws and credits, and makes what is normally such a stressful time of year into something super manageable. I'm so thankful for Julie's guidance and will be recommending CB Solutions to all my friends! 10/10

I met a member of Collaborative Business Solutions, LLC at the Pdx Women's Expo and he referred me to work with their "tax guru", Julie. She was prompt with all of her email communication, extremely knowledgeable about tax information and a pleasure to work with. She not only gave me peace of mind by helping me prepare my business taxes for my first year in business, but she also gave me tips and pointers as to how to keep even better records. I will definitely be utilizing their services for any future record keeping or tax help that I need! I would recommend Collaborative Business Solutions, LLC to any small business that is in need to tax, accounting, marketing or technology streamlining assistance!

Over the years, service has gotten worse.... I feel the service is reactive as opposed to proactive and that's a disadvantage if you need to plan ahead for your business. My personal return was missing basic information I already provided, resulting in it being returned. When I brought it up along with other concerns, I was blamed and no responsibility was taken. It was only when I asked for the corrected return that I got it sent to me to sign and send. And it sucked previously setting up an S Corp with only one week to set up payroll. These things should be done earlier and with better planning. I also requested a call since there was a drastic change in my business but it was denied. If you're too busy for a call, then that a definite business killer for me.

I definitely do not recommend CB Solutions. At one point they might have been a great company but my experience with them was horrible. I first contacted CB Solutions in January of 2019 about basic cleanup of my Quickbooks Online Account. I run a retail business and wanted help with some basic questions about how it was auto-importing. They responded in a few days and we chatted more. They asked for access to my Quickbooks Online so I gave it to them so that they could do a look and give a quote. A few weeks later I had heard nothing from them so I contacted them again. They told me they needed my bank statements then (which seemed odd since it was all auto-imported) but whatever. No word for another few weeks. Contact them again, they finally five me a quote on the March 12th over a month and a half after I first contacted them. Mind you, they've already done some work at this point. They quoted me $2000, and I paid $1000 upfront. I should have never paid them a dime. I ran into constant frustrations of them not responding to me in a timely manner. They never reached out to me unless I contacted them first. They also continually screwed up my books. I kept given them very specific numbers to be added to my Quickbooks or numbers to be corrected, and they CONTINUALLY failed to change them, or would change them to something that I didn't say. Again this was done only after I would log into my Quickbooks and see they had entered the wrong info, then they'd edit it, not tell me they had "fixed" it and I'd go see it a day or two later and see they had done it wrong again. This cycle happened up until April 11th, 4 days before taxes were due. On April 11 (over 3 months since I first contacted them) I sent them an email essentially saying that I was not happy, that my books still weren't done, that a bunch of stuff was still messed up even though I had repeatedly told them to fix the things, and that I was finding someone else to finish my books. They responded almost instantly and told me that they would have everything done by tomorrow. At which point they fixed like the 5 things that were messed up and sent me an email saying they were done within a day. Ugh, why couldn't that have happened back in February! I talked with one of their employees about the email and bill and said I didn't feel like I owed them more due to the fact that they didn't do it in a timely manner, they didn't do it right, and that I had to CONSTANTLY bug them. He said they would talk about the bill and send me a bill and explanation of why they felt I still owed them or didn't.  It's now May 1st and I got an email last night that was automated from their billing system saying I owe another $1000 (with a 20% discount due to "delay in service") with no explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a bill and small discount. All this said, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! You will be frustrated, annoyed, waste your time, and waste your money. After all that I don't feel more confident in my Quickbooks numbers, I feel LESS confident. I had more of a headache than if I had just spent the time to do this all myself. What a nightmare.
