I don't even know where to start. Oscar is a evil man. He will say WHATEVER you want to hear to get what he wants then he will screw you over. He has screwed my family over $17,000+ for work they did for one of his mansions. He just keeps saying that he will pay this week BUT NEVER WILL. Do not trust this man for anything. Oscar belongs in prison he's so bad.

Oscar is the equivalent of the dirtiest scummiest used car salesman ever. He will steal from you with a smile on your face. Hes a smooth talker, a yes man to get what he wants which is to screw you over. My company did work for him 6 months ago and he hasnt paid a single penny. He had no issue's with the work he just kept saying yeah Ill pay soon for 6 freaking months. If you are a tenant, contractor, sub contractor or someone looking to buy his properties DO NOT WORK WITH THIS MAN. You cant trust scum like Oscar he has no soul.

Oscar has zero integrity. He lies, cheats, and doesnt pay his contracts. He makes false promises that hell pay with no intention of following through. Do not work with this company unless you want to lose tens of thousands of dollars.
