Make sure you get everything in writing and I mean everything to the last detail or they will take advantage of you and not follow through. Listen learned.

My experience with Spruce Box Construction has been very good so far. Xavier answered my call the same day I was shopping around for handymen. I had a garage siding issue where water would leak in and it drove me crazy. I wanted it fixed for good. Xavier and Phil came out to check the problem. Those two are extremely nice and friendly. They checked out the problem and did a little walk around to see what can be done so they told me what they were planning or some ideas were thrown about what could be done and gave me a quote. Phil called me not long after that consulation to say he had a time slot available so they could get it done sooner. I agreed and they came within the week and got to work. Xavier was fantastic about the quote as he was able to adjust the labor/time for me. Once they were done, a few days later it rained HEAVY. Unfortunately, the leak was still there and a new leak popped up. Their work is backed by 1 year and they are very professional about it. Xavier told Phil and he came out to see the issue and started getting to work on it. It hasn't rained yet but I feel confident. They responded quickly. This is why Spruce Box shines. They act fast and customer service is top notch. The crew is professional and knowledgeable about the tasks. It doesn't hurt to give them a call and get a quote. Tell them your needs and ideas.
