The project turned out to be much more extensive than initially expected requiring two full days of labor to complete. James quickly assessed that the work was going to be significantly more than our first estimate and was honest and upfront about additional costs before doing anything exceeding the estimate without my consent(which has not been the case with other contractors in my past). The work was top tier, very clean and the crew was polite and professional. Hard to find good residential contractors and would absolutely recommend his crew and services to anyone looking.

Not about their services, but after being repeatedly asked over the last 2 years, the employees continue to completely block the bus stop, manning it dangerous to catch. They have also caused me to miss my bus multiple times. They are literally standing here watching me struggle to see/ catch my bus, smoking cigarettes

James is great. The teams he has are super solid. Have done two jobs with them and both have been reasonably priced and done well with no complications. Look forward to working with them again.
