        I don't know the other reviewers, but they gave no reasons for their low rating. I can say that this is a well-managed condo complex. It doesn't have 20 stories and it's in one of the most walkable places you could ever live. And with the streetcar right outside on 11th, you can go just about anywhere easily. Bicycling is also a joy from this building. The association and management are continually adding upgrades and care about the building and they owners. Lots of restaurants and walk to groceries. Excellent building to live in.
