I just moved into this place as a first time homeowner, and I absolutely love it. Everyone that I have seen has been so nice, and the condos are very spacious. There's an amazing pizza place connected to the condominium and there is also The Alibi tiki bar, right across the street. Then about a 10 min walk away from the condo there are bars and shops on Mississippi Ave. Mississippi Ave has an awesome vibe with great shops, food, beer, and cocktails, I'm so glad I moved here. There's Overlook park, down the corner where u have a great look of the city. I am also about a 10 min drive from downtown portland, if I ever wanted to visit the city.
