FROUD SAY THE GIVE YOU 8400 Work 40% CHARGE FEE $3360 FOR THEM what you do with $ 5,040. pay your guys and takes gas ... WHO IS MAKING MONEY HERE JAN -PRO.. THERE LEGAL SCAMM HOPE SEE THIS AND GET THIEFS. WORSE PLACE.

      Hi Iglecia-We have looked through our data system and we have no record of “Iglecia Apostolica del Noroeste Apostolic doctrine” as anyone we are working with or have done business with in the past. Therefore we are questioning the credibility of this post.At Jan-Pro Portland/Vancouver we take pride in providing transparency with everything we do. Franchise sales are heavily regulated by the government. All franchise fees, royalties, sales and marketing fees are documented in the Franchise Disclosure Document which is signed by the purchaser a minimum of 14 days prior to the purchase date. Again...it's complete transparency. We do not charge "over 60%". It has always been a 85/15 split, with 85% going to the franchisee. Feel free to contact our office if you would like to discuss this further.
