Three stars only because the people behind the robots are very nice and helpful. Otherwise, I dont know why we are using technology to over complicate what is really a simple process - getting coffee. On a busy day its a frustrating experience for a sub par result.

This is such a cool experience!! Definitely try it out at least once! Unfortunately I cant drink regular milk, and a dollar charge for oat milk feels.rough. I dont think Ill go back until non-dairy options are better priced

I didn't know what to rate the service because it is a robot run Cafe of A sort but still the atmosphere/experience was just amazing I have never seen a robot which was not being controlled by humans fully autonomous create my coffee (and hot chocolate) although the atmosphere that was amazing the food was mediocre at times. Kid-friendliness: It is completely kid friendly and I would just recommend that they don't touch any of the robots and just be careful around it.
