rude/not helpful employees, they look at you crazy for simply shopping. except the girl working the fitting rooms, she was amazing and super sweet!

I used to love shopping here, this location is now predominantly women's clothing taking over most parts of the store, even the clearance section has quite literally nothing for men, definitely disappointed.

My daughter and I went to the Clackamas Towncenter Location on 5/18/23 to get my daughter some summer clothes. She found several shorts and some tops. As we walked back to the fitting room the girl working in there looked at us and hung up a sign that said Fitting room temporarily closed. I said oh, when will it be reopened? She said it wont be, we are closing. I said, but you just hung up the sign right as we came back here, doesnt she still have time? She very rudely said No! We close it 15 mins prior to closing. I said you literally saw us walking back here and hung it up. My daughter wouldve had plenty of time to try on clothes and pay for them prior to closing. Let alone there was no for-warning of them closing. Then as we were walking out but still looking at some clothes, I saw another girl walk back there with some clothes to try on and she let her in!!! I walked back there and said oh, did the fitting room reopen? She said no people are coming out. I said I just watched someone come back here. She didnt say anything. Having a career in customer service. I know how important it is! Worst customer service Ive ever had and will never go back! They missed out on a very valuable customer. My money goes where there is good and respectful customer service!
