        Went there for a new suit ... Matias helped for over an hour and I look much better than I have any right to. He was incredibly kind, patient, a genius with every part of the process. Thank you!!

        Didn't go in store, but had a really helpful phone call with Jordan. He was able to tell me if the item I wanted from the website was in stock, in my size, etc. Great staff!

        Poor customer service. I could not get to the store to try shoes and I was not sure about the size. I am between 7 &7.5. Final sale items used to be marked in red but they have changed that. Missed that change and ended up with two pairs of shoes one pair half size bigger and one pair just the size. Store manager Jordan suggested I start selling products on Facebook if they don't fit. Company that is all about the numbers and policies not so much about customer service.
