Bought a studded leather belt from them years ago that was amazing quality and they gave me a warranty paper with it so if any of the studs ever came off they would replace them free of charge. That alone set them apart from any other store. Plus the selection they have is wildly cool

Super fun store with a lot of deep cut punk and metal bands who's merch you don't see often. Try on the clothes, cause every sale is final but you will probably find something awesome here. It's like a curated Hot Topic with none of the corporate nonsense.

Yeah would love to shop here if I could ever get in. UPDATE: I finally was able to get in during open hours. Will fully agree that while this place has a decent selection of punk/goth stuff; the woman working the counter is cold as ice. I tried my best to be kind but she just could not have cared less. Also witnessed her being extremely dismissive to some other people who came in, which was totally just over a simple question. Baffling behavior for a customer facing business, yes even a gothy one.

only giving two stars because i enjoy what this store sells. however, i read reviews to make sure i wasn't crazy for thinking what i thought of it years ago. the woman who works here is MEAN. whether you look alternative or not (me and my fianc do and were still treated poorly) we came in w my finances little sister who was at the time turning 8, the lady in the store was rude as hell to us and basically yelled at me for trying to take a video of her store. i was taking a video because i thought it was a cool store and wanted to put it on tiktok so they could gain traction considering we were the only people in the store in the middle of summer. despite the bad experience i wanted to mail order a jewelry piece i got from them a few years back as i can't find it elsewhere, but they don't do mail order now either bc apparently they get too much business in store. i would only return for the necklace i want, otherwise buy the brands they carry in store off their own website and save yourself the trouble.
