        I went into the Washington Square location looking for a sweatshirt in a size XS as a gift. Sadly there werent any in stock, but Baxter took down my name and number and texted me after a restock a few days later. He let me know which items/colors he had in that size and offered to put the one I wanted on hold. Good customer service can be hard to find these days and Baxter really went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me.

        Yesterday coming to the new Portland gear store . New store looks clean and organized, had variety of choices but wished that it was a bit cheaper. Carolina was super nice and helpful with my decision making and even recommended some items that i could purchase. would come again!
