I went in yesterday and bought a pair of crocs and one of the employees kept glaring at my friend and I after we purchased some crocs and jibbits and I was switching into the crocs because I didn't want to put my shoes back on because I was fatigued and I have a heart condition where when my heart rate goes up I get extremely fatigued.so doing simple things like putting regular shoes on and tying them can be hard when I'm having a episode. I at first kinda brushed it off because I thought she was maybe having a bad day but then the next day I decided to return the jibbits and she was the one doing my return and she was yet again just being very unfriendly and stopped in the middle of my return to answer the phone.didnt say hold on I gotta answer this phone call and then after she processed the return I looked up to say have a nice day.she just walked away and didn't say have a nice day or anything. I used to work retail for many years and I've never ever treated a customer like that. I couldn't see what her name was on her badge all I could see was "CH".

I when today to try some shoes at clackamas mall I decided not to buy them and the person who was helping me got all upset and went to her co-worker and started complaining about me right infro of me and when I talked to the manager about she said well their is nothing I can do I can maybe talk to her like is ok I'm sorry but last time I checked not to be rude but that's her job to help costumer and when I ask to talk to another manager they told me that she was on vacation is in the convenience

I just recently purchased some shoes for my wife and was pleasantly pleased to find that they knew exactly what I was looking for. Grace was very helpful and kind. I will be shopping there again In the future.

Pretty disappointed. I used to be a Store Manager and the customer service I received was incredibly rude and inconsistent to the company values. I would have a store meeting and reevaluate what your there to do. Respectfully learn what you need to do in order to give customers the best experience possible. Received the incorrect item and they didnt offer a single thing to make up for it. And didnt offer any help in finding the correct item I should have received. It was made to be my problem when in reality the employee failed to follow through with the expectation. Pretty sad
