Saint Laurent

Saint Laurent is a luxury brand store inside the Pioneer Place shopping mall. The sales team is nice and welcoming, but they're a little intimidating because they follow you around the whole store. Which makes it a little awkward when you're looking at the products in the store.

I just bought some heels for my wife, which was a surprise, my wife tried them on at home and they didn't fit her foot well, and as soon as I went to make the exchange or return, they told me no because they had used, only one of the heels rested on the ground, because my wife cannot support her feet in the air, I think it is a terrible service for thousand dollar shoes, they have just lost a regular customer of this store, I will go with others More flexible brands

I was at Saint Laurent store couple of times and Shayley was my sale associate she is absolutely wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable! I will definitely seek her professional opinion in the future with my next purchase!! Thank you again Shayley Williams!!

Taylor was exceptional at providing excellent customer service and took the time to make sure I found the right pair of sunglasses for my needs! Great communication and he more than shows he cares about his customers and the brand. I will most definitely be back! :) Thank you YSL PDX team!
