Dr. Russ is reliable, respectful, and trustworthy. Over the many years, I have been a patient of his, he has alleviated my discomfort and also took the time to explain the underlying issues, offering valuable advice for maintaining a healthy muscular-skeletal system. The welcoming atmosphere of the clinic further added to the positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Russ to anyone a new chiropractor.

I feel incredibly grateful to have this extremely special & gifted human being, David Russ, in my life. He is a master at his craft, I believe. I consider him a genius of the musculoskeletal system, and has such a keen and insightful understanding of the bony anatomy and muscular system. It's truly astonishing to me how he's able to assess what's going wrong in my bones and connective tissues, and how to expertly pinpoint and target the spots where both the muscles are filled with tension, the pain points, and how to realign the bones. I really appreciate his style of chiropractic adjustments. He typically spends more time doing soft tissue massage and his intuitive style of myofascial release prior to doing bone adjustments. But what he's able to accomplish in just 20 to 30 minutes is quite amazing to me, he's able to go right to the problem areas and make accurate assessments of where things are out of alignment, and then bring things back. I have chronic issues of cervical vertebrae issues, and came in this week due to a pinched nerve in my neck and my left arm was radiating shooting pain down my arm for days... In under 30 minutes, he was able to relieve and release so much pain that I have been struggling with. I consider David a miracle in my life.

For the past five years I have been seeing Dr. Russ whenever I experience pain or dysfunction in my body - several times each year. Usually it only requires one session, sometimes two, to resolve each new issue. When I first started seeing him about pain in my hand, he also did some work on an area of my upper back where Id had chronic pain for about thirty years and had assumed it was permanent. He completely resolved that issue over the next six visits when I was seeing him for various other issues. Ive been pain-free in that area for 4 1/2 years now! Dr. Russ generally fixes whatever is bothering me using soft-tissue work, and at least twice he has realigned nerves that were out of place, with remarkable results. Only occasionally do I need a standard forceful chiropractic adjustment, and he always asks my permission first. Dr. Russ is the best chiropractor Ive ever seen, over the last 40 years, and he is so much more than just a chiropractor. I trust him implicitly, and I find his work to be utterly magical!

Like others who have left reviews, I can't recommend Dr. Russ highly enough. He has impeccable chiropractic training, medical / physiological knowledge, and skilled hands that can feel their way towards the problem areas. My connective tissue disorder leads to "sloppy" tendons, ligaments and skeletal structure, which can cause me great pain and discomfort when things slip out of place. Dr. Russ is able to re-align through touch and gentle pressure (for a variety of reasons I can't tolerate vigorous manipulation), and can alleviate my pain. When I'm in a good space he sends me away for many months at a time, and when I'm in a bad cycle, he accommodates me as quickly as possible. He always listens carefully, but even when I don't specify where the pain is, his hands find it, which always blows me away. My insurance won't pay for chiropractic, because they assume it will harm me, showing how little they understand about what's possible in the hands of a knowledgeable practitioner. If you've never tried a chiropractor but have issues you've been living with, don't hesitate to try Dr. Russ...he's the very embodiment of a healer.

I strongly recommend Dr. Russ to anyone having pain. He has been able to find the places that have been giving me trouble for years and treat them where many other Chiropractors couldn't. A few months ago I broke my leg and my arm. My PT team wasn't able to figure out why I wasn't progressing as they expected. Dr. Russ found the problems and treated them in just one session. Since then, I've been able to get back on track to healing, and am actually further ahead than was expected. Dr. Russ is extremely talented, helpful and kind. I'm so very grateful for everything he has done for me.
