Mind, body, soul and spirit are fully adjusted after my initial appointment and experience here, Im so thankful for Anita and the customer service and support they provided along side the care that Dr Meghan and Melissa the Acupuncturist gave to me today, I look to the care from here on and appreciate it immensely

I started going there in the spring, 2021 for a while my wife and in laws were going to premiere care. Now that I am going through a rough divorce I am even more appreciative of Dr. Gallucci. He gives me a few moments to vent 2-3 minutes and it also I think let's him know that we are going to be finding some tension and knots. Tim and his staff are really listening though, and remembering from previous conversations. I am not at all surprised that Premiere Care is 5 star after over 100 reviews. Tim, and his staff are always 5 star. I'm glad I got Tim in the end. I did come here 1st.

Dr Victor Kutsar of Premier Care Chiropractic in Portland, OR is a practitioner who cares innately about his patients' health and progress to wellness. He combines his previous expertise as a massage therapist with his extensive chiropractic knowledge to provide treatment that is effective and thorough. Dr. Kutsar has impressed me with his skill, ability, and understanding of what those who are suffering musculoskeletal injury or trauma need to heal. He gives the time and energy needed to create significant relief though adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Kutsar!!
