Loved my experience when I attended, yet trying to cancel a membership couldn’t be any more difficult. My partner and I have both called and tried to get a hold of someone. Messages left unanswered. Went to the location today to talk to the front desk. Closed for some reason. The guy sitting at the desk just kept pointing to the sign. Kinda feels like a scam at this point.

This is another business that has taken full advantage of its client base by using the pandemic as an excuse. Any of the locations I have visited in the past two years have been closed or temporary late opening 80% of the times I have come by to get an adjustment. I pay a monthly fee of $70 and of the last four months I have only been able to be seen four times. I work graveyard so I come by when the business is supposed to open up, but they are never open. I resorted to cancelling my account and subscription, but this has taken me six months to do, meanwhile the whole time I have been charged for services they are not allowing me to use because they are never open. I have filled out the cancellation forms and sent them in but they are still charging me for their services. Saffron who works at this location promised to take care of everything for me and yet I have received brand new charges on my card. I have asked them to take me out of their system and yet I still receive emails, text messages. The icing on the cake is Saffron trying to sell me a different plan after I express never being able to be seen due to closures and staffing issues. What do you not understand? If your services were free they would still be useless as you are never open. Mind blown that rather than rush to provide a solution she would try and sell me another plan. What a con artist. I highly recommend staying away from this company. While they have friendly staff members, when they are open, they only care about your money and if you sign up for one of their monthly plans, how will you use it? They are never open, I have been to so many of their locations trying to be seen and it is just a waste of gas, time and frustration. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and telling everyone I know to stay away.

I never been to the chiropractor before and the doctor was super helpful and friendly. I liked that she showed me on the model spine how I was all twisted. She also asked if I had seen YouTube videos, which I had. Then she told me the ring dinger adjustment is only legal in Texas and I was relieved because that looked terrifying. My adjustment was awesome! I’m walking now with less pain and I slept a lot better too. I got my treatment plan and I’m looking forward to getting back in the gym. This experience was amazing and looking forward to my next visit. The receptionist was also very helpful, friendly and funny :) I highly recommend this place and now I believe everyone should get an adjustment.

Maybe this place needs a better management, I was overcharged twice and when I asked to freeze my account I was charged again. I am tired of business owners who don't know how to run their business so I will post this review here so you can be aware how they are not good at management or are not honest people.
