Unfortunately, not awesome. Communication poor, returns prepared 4 mos. late in '21, and just under the wire in '22 despite having all of our paperwork in by the time it was requested. The worst is that they are not looking out for my best interests. After erroneously telling me that I am ineligible for the ERC pandemic credit, they are unwilling to even talk with me about it after, lets see, 4-5 requests. This could potentially refund me over $10,000, a huge sum for any business that struggled so mightily during Covid, so much that I finally closed my business in '22. Now I have to hire a different CPA to handle this, and obviously all of my future tax returns.

Strong Counsel & Repeat Management of Tax Complexity Jerry's been consistently smart, fast and easy to work with for several years of tax filings for my business and our family. His office has worked on international taxation issues and provided great CPA counsel to me as a business owner.  His response time if very quick and he is readily available throughout the year whenever a question's come up. Highly recommended.

They were very professional the one time I used them for personal tax preparation.   Our primary CPA provided good follow-up.  Very nice office, pleasant front desk, and somewhat easy parking.
