I scheduled these guys on a Monday to come out on a Thursday. They arrived on-time and cleaned the whole house in about 3 hours. The carpet was old and worn from a tenant of 10 years. Now the carpet looks fantastic (less than 5 years old). We were charged $300 for 1,400sqft of carpet (including stairs) which wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't out of the question either.
I talked to the workers, they've been doing this for 20 years. They also clean up crime scenes. They were up-front and honest with me and I value that.
