      image Its 4:50pm been here since 4pm. Spoke to Brad about picking up my car before they close. They left without calling me to let me know they will leave. now Im here only need a car for 1 day and they said theres nothing they can do and wont send someone back here to rent me a car. They keep saying its by appointment only and that they cant help me. This messes me up pretty bad as I have no transportation and have to pay for an Uber to get around. Your staff simply did not want to help me.

      image Pick up was fine. Free upgrade to Chevy Malibu from Toyota Corolla. A few nicks in paint but all documented. Great deal on a 1 way rental. Hope the return will go as well.
