I was completely geared up to deal with pushy salesmen, and possibly having to negotiate outrageous prices. I am so happy to say that I didnt have to deal with that at all! After searching all over online for the right car, I found one I loved on their website and put in a request. Within 10 minutes, Dennis called to answer any questions I had and to discuss coming in for a test drive. He worked with me and my bank to ensure I didnt have to worry about making 2 trips, and made the whole process so smooth. Its been a few days and Im still blown away by how easy and relaxing it was. The car is amazing! I didnt think Id be able to find something with low miles, AWD, and heated seats like I wanted all while still being in budget, but I got so much more than that! Im very happy with my car, and I would definitely go back to Lancaster Auto Group if I were looking for another car in the future.
