Ive had the best experience purchasing my 2015 Audi A8 from A&M Auto Group. This was an out of state purchase since I live in Des Moines, IA so everyone understood how important it was for me to get all the info and pictures I was looking for. Tar answered the phone when I first called and was on top of things. He FaceTimed me once he was by the vehicle and pointed out every little flaw it may have. Also thank you to Mid and Alin and Mid's wife Azra it was a very easy process. They are more than fair and even took it in for me to an Audi Dealership in Wilsonville as I requested since their local Audi Dealer doesnt do pre buying inspections. Mid took time out of his day and drove it about an hour away so I could get reassured that everything works properly and that there were no issues with it. Huge props and much respect to everyone who has helped me and thanks again to Alin for picking me up from the airport and helping me with my minor registration issue once I received my title to get it registered, it literally took him 5 min to send me the letter I was looking for. Rest assured they have gained a customer for life and I would recommend anyone to go out there if theyre planning on purchasing a vehicle from them its well worth. They also keep all of their vehicles locked up in their wear house and one is just as clean as the other. Thanks again to the whole team!

WOW just WOW! What a huge selection of well maintained vehicles. I was able to look at them under cover on this rainy day instead of being soaked like a typical car dealership. The prices were decent. This is a clean place including the bathrooms. No pushy salesman.

Ive waited some time before finally writing a review for this dealership. Long story short: I bought a 2015 Audi Q5, overpaid by about $10,000 (clearly my fault as I shouldve done more research), got wrecked on my trade in, waited 7+ months to get a tail light because the original was broken and the dealership didnt want to replace with the proper one, was called an A-hole over the phone by one of the managers, and now Im upside down in a vehicle that will be a great daily driver for quite some time but ultimately I shouldnt have purchased the car.
I could say go somewhere else, but I havent had much better experiences elsewhere. I could say go to new car dealerships, but they are the same.
Do your research before buying any car, and save your finances the trouble. Especially, check the blue book value because theyll tell you the blue book but they wont tell you the actual blue book. Theyll tell you a blue book value that sounds good.
