I just have to say what a wonderful experience it was working with Ben! I love my Kia, Ben helped me which was so honest, kind and well informed.
I can't say enough about Bridge City Auto and my stress level disappeared when I understood how lucky I was to have had
Ben as my sales person.
If you're shopping for a car, truck, jeep then give them a visit, be sure to ask for Ben!!!
By the way, my Kia is red and drives like a dream!

I just purchased a car from Bridge City Motors, Brian (the owner) made the entire experience a breeze. Brian worked with my father who lives on the East Coast to get everything that was needed , he never appeared to be frustrated with timing issues and actually calmed my nerves many times throughout the entire process. I also have never purchased a car myself and had an entirely different scenario mapped out in my head on how buying a car looks. From the moment I met Brian I knew that I would buy a car from him. Brian has been available to answer every single question (small and large) that I have had. He also set me up with a service contract on the Range Rover that I purchased and is in general extremely knowledgeable about all things cars but knowing that Brian had done meticulous research locating a company that provides these types of contracts really shows his attention to detail and his commitment to making sales that people can feel confident about.
I would highly recommend BCM. Thank you Brian for all of your help!

Im exceedingly happy with my experience at Bridge City Motors. I live in another state - I took a chance and bought a used car sight unseen and had it shipped. Brian was exceptional throughout the whole process! Very professional and available to answer all questions. He worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was accounted for and the shipping process was smooth. The vehicles condition was accurately described. The whole process far exceeded my expectations. Brian at Bridge City Motors was fantastic to work with. I recently purchased a vehicle they had listed on an auction site, not knowing who the selling dealer was. Brian did an amazing job throughout the process. Honestly presenting the vehicle, quickly answering bidders questions, and providing additional photos and documentation when needed. Once I won the auction, Brian really stepped up his game and made the post sale process as smooth as I've seen. Being that I am located across the country he quickly provided all the necessary paperwork, title, etc..., and made shipping arrangements on my behalf. All throughout the process texting and emailing me with updates, pictures and videos of the vehicle. Having purchased 10+ vehicles over the years, this is not the norm. I could not be happier with how the transaction went and highly recommend Bridge City Motors for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a car via auction from Bridge City Motors. The owner, Brian Odell, provided seamless communication to ensure that the transaction went smoothly. Prior to this purchase, I had never bought a car on an auction site before and I had no previous experience with Brian or Bridge City Motors. Now that I have, I would definitely buy a car from Brian again. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I strongly recommend him to anyone else that is interested in dealing with an honest and informed car person.
